The five words.
I am an artist.
I am a writer.
I am a creator.
I am a fencer.
A long time ago I made a decision.
I don’t remember what it was, but it must have been a good one because I am still here.
I grew up on the Northeast coast of the United States. I have studied art all my life, from the moment I could hold a crayon, to the moment I received my college diploma and beyond. Professionally I am a game developer. I have a family consisting of a spouse and two black cats. I am a goth with a dark sense of humor and my art reflects that.
Who?
Mostly I work in digital mediums surrounding 3d art, 3d printing, graphic design, digital photography, and historical document restoration. when it comes to physical mediums, I enjoy working with leather, wood, metal, plastic, etc. I also enjoy sewing, sculpting, painting, writing, and mini painting among other things. If there is a medium, I have either tried it, or desperately want to.

I am located in the Midwest, where I appreciate the chaotic weather (I don’t actually,) the lack of hills (that’s kind of lame,) and the chill and friendly attitude(now we’re talking!) I travel to events around the region to fence, and peddle my creativity at art fairs
Utter chaos is everywhere these days. We are steeped in it. It is inescapable.
Absurdism, Surrealism, and Dadaism are powerful tools for assessing the world around us to enable us to see it differently. They provide a lens through which our grim reality can be unmasked and critiqued in a more palatable and humorous way.
These art movements deprive reality of it’s stranglehold on our understanding.
I embrace them to laugh loudly into the void.
